Planet Earth Observatory believes we are richer when all voices are heard, all cultures are respected and enjoyed, and all of us contribute to the well-being, safety, and security of one another. We commit to  invest in the diversity that more honestly defines our society. We  uphold  principles of inclusion, diversity, equity, and access. We are invested in empowering all LGBTQI+ people. We reach out, invite, embrace and build trust with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.  

Planet Earth Observatory offers volunteer opportunities without discrimination against anyone on the basis of actual or perceived race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, economic circumstances, occupation, religion, age, mental or physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity (including gender nonconformity and status as a transgender individual), gender expression, language, genetic information, marital status, familial status (including pregnancy and phases of parenthood), physical characteristics or appearance, citizenship status, military status (past, current or prospective service in the armed forces), or any other status prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right and will be responsible to add to this statement or expand definitions of any class of people any time we become aware this policy is restrictive.
