MOVE OVER ORCHIDS, MAKE ROOM FOR FAVAS
Fava flowers are just plain gorgeous. Most of the favas grown in gardens and farms around Southern California produce white flowers with dark stripes and black spots on eat wing pedal. Other varieties have purple, yellow, red, pink or brown flowers that are also used for ornamental purposes. How can you tell when your plants are moving from a vegetative to a reproductive stage?
